American Idol Live-Part One
Last night the Season 9 American Idol Top 10 contestants made a stop in Wantagh at the Jones Beach Theater. The crowd was eclectic, full of people of all ages—Moms, Dads, kids, grandparents, teenagers.. All were excited to see the performers they watched week after week on television.
The show featured singers Didi Benami, Crystal Bowersox, Andrew Garcia, Casey James, Aaron Kelly, Michael Lynche, Siobhan Magnus, Katie Stevens, Tim Urban, and winner, Lee DeWyze. The photographers were allowed in just as Lee finished his renditions of Rocket Man by Elton John and Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley. He performed a few more songs after that before the finale.
