Sublime with Rome at the Jones Beach Theater

Tuesday night, the Dirty Heads and Matisyahu joined Sublime with Rome on the Long Island date of their tour at the Jones Beach Theater. Bass played Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh reunited a little over a year ago and brought along Rome Ramirez as their new singer (original singer Bradley Nowell died of a heroin overdose in 1996).

The band combines many genres of music such as reggae, ska, punk, hip hop, and alternative rock, to form their own distinct sound. The seats at Jones Beach were filled, especially by excited teenagers, who would have been way too young to see the original version of the band.
